Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monthly Inventory valuation working and Inventory Related MIS of forceful consumptions, Material Scrap, vendor aid etc.
-Overall inventory analysis of RM, MFG, Vendor Aid, etc. for reduction in inventory and minimise ageing and timely corrective action for same and taken up with concern Procurement /SCPC team.
-Monitoring of Perpetual Physical Inventory / Annual Physical Inventory Process to ensure adequate control is in place, process is followed, and corrective action is taken in time.
-Monthly Costing & Financial Consumption Analysis and ensure minimum gap along with working and analysis of Material Price Inc Dec impact, Bom change impact, Vendor Mix Impact etc.
-Knowledge of Mass Product Cost rollup & New Product cost rollup (Material cost & Conversion cost) and qualitative analysis for effectiveness and corrective action
-Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned depts. for implementing corrective actions.
-Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts.
-MIS generation for Plant Accounts which Includes Budget Vs Actual, Plant Conversion Cost etc.
-Organising information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines-
-Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts
-Initiating process improvements and digitisation projects for Plant Accounts
-Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts
-Regular Monitoring of Capital work in Progress and ensure timely capitalisation of Fixed Assets and releasing monthly MIS of Fixed Assets
-Accounting of Various advances (Staff, Vendor, Capital, Prepaid) and ensure timely settlement of the advances

Experience

5- 7yrs

Industry Preferred

Person having experience in Auto / Farm or similar Industry will be preferred.

Qualifications

B.com/M.com and CA/CMA Or Equivalent
