Manager - Plant Quality

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures; the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of quality data; and the making of recommendations for improvement of important processes throughout the organization. 
2. To be able to identify issues & defects to improve the product quality & manufacturing processes
3. To monitor & achieve the set Manufacturing Targets in terms of PQCDSM
4. To resolve the ongoing problem and train others
5. To support the production activities for smooth output
6. To Ensure better Quality Product and continuous improvement in Product and its Services
7. To Produce defect free product
8. To produce the product as per specification and designed standards
9. To Ensure desired quality of Product
