Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

• Deliver targeted revenue growth and profitability for the region.
• Drive market share expansion across focus markets and product categories.
• Identify new business opportunities, growth pockets, key accounts, and territory development opportunities.
• Strengthen enquiry management and improve conversion rates through disciplined sales execution

2. Channel Management & Dealer Development

• Strengthen dealer capability, engagement, productivity, and accountability. Ensure adequate inventory availability through close coordination with supply chain teams.
• Support dealer manpower planning and capability enhancement initiatives. Drive channel productivity and market coverage improvement programs.

3. OEM Business Management

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic OEM customers. Drive business growth through effective account management and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain a healthy order pipeline and ensure timely execution.Establish strong relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders.

4. Brand Building & Market Development

• Enhance brand visibility, awareness, and market presence across the region. Drive regional marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and market activation activities.

Experience

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, or OEM Business.
• Proven experience in managing large dealer networks and regional business operations.
• Experience in handling multi-state business responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, channel development, and team leadership.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
