Junior Engineer - SSTT & Paint

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Knowledge in Shot peeing machine operation and production activities.
• Knowledge in Preparation of new job programme.
• Awareness of Part drawing interpretation and understanding.
• Knowledge in Masking of shot peening parts.
• Development of Fixtures and tools for holding part.
• Knowledge in Shot peening machine preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of Shot peening NADCAP Requirement.
• Understand the shot peening quality requirement and trouble shooting.
• Understand the customer specification as per the route card.
• Knowledge in post and precleaning process for shot peeing parts.

Special skills :  Surface Treatment Process/Painting process.

Experience : 2- 5 Years in shot peening process
