Job Purpose

To be responsible for planning and project controls of projects in a specified region.

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for providing detailed plans and schedule for execution of projects, formulating methodology of work for projects in MMR region and any upcoming project.
• Responsible for monitoring project progress from conceptual design to completion of construction.
• To Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float
• Prepare & Monitor Annual Operational Plan
• Responsible for examining whether project is correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines and to advise Project Heads about remedial measures
• To prepare MIS on a monthly basis for respective locations and provide data insights to make meaningful decisions.

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg
• 8-10 years of work experience
