Deputy Manager- Sales (SPICES)- (TM 1 Band)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating & developing new business of Spices for the organisation. 
Bringing & Forge strong relationship with customers. 
Assisting to manage and grow existing customer relationships by learning past trend, analysing data, creating presenations, etc.
Identifying opportunities and securing new customers by Cleaning & Analysing Export Data, expertease in - website search, product related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc.                                                                                                    
Assisting to add new customers onboarding in markets like China, South East Asia, Europe and Canada by checking authenticity of customers - sanction check, insurance cover, KYC, Contract, etc.
Working collaboratively with operations and quality teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
Learning & adapting to ERP system, putting orders as n when rcvd
 Monitor day today order dispatch & compliance. Maintain related records. Highlight deviations if any in time 
 Ensuring documentary & other mandatory compliance part                                                                      
 Manage & review collection performance                                                                                                    
 Assist to review & monitor performance of the countries 
 Assist - to create or revise SOP & in audits 
 Assist in identifying opportunities for developing new markets and new products by cleaning & analysing Export Data, expertise in - website search, product-related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc.
