- Responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support across the organization. The role partners closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights, improve financial performance, optimize costs, and support decision-making through robust financial analysis and reporting.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and identify variance drivers.
Deliver periodic financial outlooks and performance projections.

Business Partnering

Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and functional heads.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Support business cases, pricing strategies, capital expenditure proposals, and investment decisions.
Challenge assumptions and improve financial discipline across functions.

Performance Management & Analysis

Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow trends.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Present business performance reviews to senior leadership.

Management Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Ensure timely MIS reporting with actionable insights.
Develop executive-level presentations for leadership and board reviews.
Drive reporting automation and process enhancements.

Strategic Finance

Support strategic planning initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and growth projects.
Conduct profitability, cost optimization, and scenario analyses.
Evaluate business expansion opportunities from a financial perspective.
Support enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives.

Governance & Controls

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Maintain consistency in financial planning processes across business units.
