Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of managerial and technical expertise, capable of driving innovation and managing complex projects. This role requires a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery of mobile and web applications.
• Own the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
• Conduct technical discussions with development teams to evaluate effort, timelines, and quality of app delivery.
• Manage backend integration, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and gateways.
• Implement coding standards, code quality improvements, and vulnerability mitigation processes.
• Drive tech transformation and upgrades, ensuring the adoption of best practices in app development, release, support, monitoring, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Utilize cloud concepts (Azure/AWS), microservices, and resource provisioning/optimization.
• Work on product engineering, innovation, product/tools evaluation, and support.
• Participate in AMS projects and ITSM processes.
• Improve customer experience through app stability, UI enhancements, integration approaches, and the latest tech concepts.

Experience

6-12 years in technical management role

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Management degree is a plus
• 6-12 years of experience in a technical management role.
• Proven track record of leading successful tech transformation projects and app development initiatives.
