ASST MANAGER MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job Description:

  1. Maintenance & Systems: Handle MEH maintenance, PLC, and conveyor systems (RT, HLOP, VNA). Ensure preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and resolution.
  2. Coordination: Manage internal stakeholders and outsourced agencies for smooth operations.
  3. Compliance & Documentation: Monitor legal compliance, statutory approvals, and government consents. Prepare documents as per IMS standards, SOPs, work permits, and audit reports.
  4. Inventory & Resources: Oversee spare parts and inventory management, resource planning, and fabrication inspections.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs/MIS, conduct equipment tests and audits.
  6. Budget & Planning: Prepare and monitor budget estimates; ensure cost control.
  7. System Adherence: Support techno-commercial negotiations, LOI preparation, SAP requisitions.
  8. Environmental & Safety: Conduct environmental audits and ensure statutory regulations.
  9. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP; Electrical Supervisor License and TPM exposure preferred.
