Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Understanding Warehousing business and commercials
2.Monthly conducting Inventory verification for spare parts and packing material both.
3.Scrap Accounting process handling
4.Accounting of Monthly service bills of Service provider
5.Handline issues like IUTN, vendor rejections etc and reporting.
6.Preparing MIS on location wise costs.
7.Monthly Dispatch Working and getting confirmations from service providers
8.Vendor balance reconciliations including related parties
9.Compliance testing relating to Factories Act, and other Labour Acts.
10.MSME related Compliance and disclosure reporting.
Experience
Inter CA, CMA, MBA Finance or MCom - having logistics/warehousing experience of 2-3 yrs
Basic SAP and MS-Excel knowledge
Qualifications
Inter CA, CMA, MBA Finance or MCom
