Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop and Implement CAPA.Develop and Implement Kaizens.Improving customer satisfaction by providing response that address customer pains and needs.Help to develop ideas and processes to improve the customer experience and department efficiency.Coordinate with Sourcing for local/OEM parts when required.Capture, analyse and resolve the VOC and there by the query.Respond the query within 4Hrs of its generation and resolve within 3 days.Ensure to provide necessary transparency in responding to the query
