Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Role Overview: The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) will work on various projects across multiple functions within the Spare Business Unit. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to business processes and operations, enabling the trainee to develop technical and managerial skills for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in executing projects and initiatives across different functions to meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Process Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and document workflows for assigned tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from sourcing, quality, planning, operations, and customer care to understand end-to-end processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute ideas for process optimization.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards during all activities.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions, knowledge sharing, and skill-building exercises.

Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
