Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations for smooth and timely processes. Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, storing, and dispatching parts. Optimize layout and space utilization for efficiency. Ensure accurate order processing and stakeholder alignment. 2. Inventory Control: Maintain robust inventory systems for stock tracking and accuracy. Conduct audits and cycle counts regularly. Manage slow-moving/obsolete stock to optimize levels. 3. People Management: Lead and develop on-roll/off-roll staff. Set goals, review performance, and provide coaching. Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. 4. Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Conduct audits and corrective actions. Promote safety culture across teams. 5. Technology & Systems: Implement and manage WMS and automation tools (conveyors, sorters). Drive digital initiatives for operational excellence.

Education Qualification

BE/B.Tech/MBA

Critical Experience

Critical Experience:

  • 12+ years in warehouse management, preferably automotive spares.
  • Managed large-scale warehouses (≥5 lakh sq. ft.) and multiple sites.
  • Expertise in WMS, TMS, inventory systems, and logistics.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to work under pressure.
