Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.    Understanding Warehousing business and ensuring proper controls on the processes
2.    Monthly closing related provisioning, entries and preparation of relevant schedules 
3.    Preparing MIS on location wise costs including schedules for expenses
4.    Monthly conducting Inventory verification for spare parts and packing material both.
5.    Packing Material consumption Process review and ensuring closure of consumption at each month end
6.    Scrap Accounting process handling
7.    Review of bill passing process for Warehouse related costs
8.    Periodic check on assets deployed by Service provider for M&M.
9.    Understanding Accounting and warehousing system of Service provider and reporting on data integration from that system to SAP in M&M.
10.    Handline issues like IUTN, vendor rejections etc and reporting.
11.    Monthly Dispatch Working with bifurcation as per logistics commercials
12.    Keeping complete control of reconciliation on invoices raised & booked

Qualifications

Qualifications:
CA / ICWA / CMA with minimum 3-4 years experience   or, 
M.com/Inter ICWA / Inter CA with minimum 7-8 years’ experience,
Must have Commercial exposure / Audit exposure.

•    Good Process understanding & Abilities to identify sense the problem from internal control / Governance perspective and address / report the same. 
•    Commercial acumen for understanding the business.
•    Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills.
