Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Back Orders (BO): Track and monitor BO status regularly. Align and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve BO reduction targets.
2. New Project Support (IDK/IWK Availability & FFR): Ensure timely availability of IDK/IWK for new projects. Facilitate First Fit Readiness (FFR) for smooth project execution.
3. Management of Discontinued Parts/Models: Oversee the process for managing discontinued parts and models. Ensure proper communication and planning to minimize impact on operations.
4. IO Business Deliverables: Take ownership of IO (International Operations) business deliverables. Ensure timely execution and reporting of all commitments.
5. Coordination for One-Time Buy (OTB): Plan and coordinate OTB requirements effectively. Liaise with procurement and supply chain teams for timely execution.
6. Stock Efficiency of AD Kits: Monitor and optimize stock levels of AD Kits. Implement measures to improve stock efficiency and reduce excess inventory.
7. SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP for inventory management, reporting, and process execution. Ensure accurate data entry and analysis through SAP systems.
