Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manage a gamut of administrative areas ranging from facility management, front office and visitor management, cafeteria management, housekeeping, inventory management, vendor management, contract administration, security and safety of assets as well as personnel and adherence to legal/compliance requirements
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Analyze and put in place required systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry operations, office stationery and parking management
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Responsible for arranging annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions of the company organized from time to time
Identify vendors, conduct technical & commercial evaluations, define specifications, and submit recommendations to the Department Head
Optimize costs through process improvements, negotiate costs for best deals
Liaise with government authorities, Licenses department etc. for smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirements
Education Qualification
Graduate+ Post Graduation with relevant experience.
Should have more than 12 years of experience
