Position Details	Position	Assistant Manager-Seed Production Research
	Business Unit	Mahindra Agri Solutions Ltd (Seeds business)
	Reports To	Manager-Seed Production Research
	Place of Posting	Huzurabad, Karimnagar
	Key Deliverables (or outputs of the role)	1	Planning coordinating and observing all aspects for research on hybrid Paddy seed production at different production locations to ensure flowering synchronization seed yield and ensuring quality along with R&D field station. Field monitoring data collection and analysis related to SPR.
		2	Ensure execution of quality SPR trials at production location, collection of quality data, analysis and recommendation to production team.
		3	Collaborating with production and R&D team for better understanding from seed to seed for decision making in PAM.
		4	Develop trials to address production challenges with discussion to production team.
		5	Execution of multiple types of multilocation trials to analyze the parental lines performance.
		6	Keep current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies coming internally and externally.
		7	Ensures all action plans implemented in trial sites towards germplasm security.
		8	Identification of new paddy seed production locations for existing products

	Qualification	BSc (Agri), / M.Sc. (Agri) / Ph.D. in Agri Sciences or related.
