Reports To	Manager -Quality
Place of Posting	Khanna; Punjab
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	Conduct audits as plan and get action items done from team at different locations.
	Quality check done at intake & dispatch of material
	Developing quality SOP along with DH and implement it
	Conduct scoring of quality month on month and analyze yoy trends & area to improve
	Carry out root cause analysis for Quality issues
	Handle the customer complaints.
	Develop and keep updating quality standards as per National & international developments.
	Controlling and spearheading the quality control mechanisum in facility
	Carry out pathological identifcation and routine check on all diseases, pest & viruses.
	Developing seed testing protocol.




Experience (years)	1 to 5 years experience


Industry Preferred	Seed industry, potato industry, tissue culture industry

Qualification	Ph. D; M.sc, pathology,
Competencies	Communication, Courage, Result Orientation, Change agent




	Open to travel frequent




	MS Excel & Cross functional working ability


	Presentation skills, Leadership skills
