Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to metro markets to drive adoption and sales of 3/4 wheel EVs. Cities – Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail Finance, network and marketing teams to ensure sustained growth for all the dealerships in the cities
  • Manage and optimize sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and performance metrics.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, business partners, and customers to foster partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in last mile mobility, and leverage insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dealer sales professionals, setting clear goals and managing the overall growth for the dealership
  • Oversee promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance data, providing accurate forecasts and adjustments to strategies as necessary.

 

Experience: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record in the automotive or EV sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the EV market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment in urban settings.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business strategy and problem-solving
