- As the Zonal Retail Finance Manager for Zone 3 in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Division, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing tailored financing strategies that align closely with both dealer requirements and corporate sales targets. Your responsibility will include leveraging diverse finance partners effectively, optimizing dealer-wise financier shares to reflect and reinforce Mahindra's market presence across the state.
- You will establish and maintain a robust system for tracking advances through various financiers, with a focus on key dealers exhibiting high retail cycles, ensuring prompt responsiveness to market dynamics. Detailed dealer-wise financial availability mapping will be essential to identify gaps and opportunities within dealership territories.
- Training will be a core component of your role; you will educate dealer staff on the latest retail financing trends, funding criteria, and compliance expectations to enhance their capability in facilitating smooth financing transactions at the point of sale.
- Using comprehensive financial analyses—including working capital evaluations aligned with a 90-day sales plan and F15 dealer sales data—you will recommend and implement customized financial solutions to improve dealer liquidity and operational efficiency. This includes critical assessment of current credit limits, margin money requirements, internal capital availability, and exploring innovative channel finance options such as CF, TA, and CC limits to tailor the best financial packages.
- Planning and executing at least three monthly financial engagement events in partnership with MMFSL and other financial institutions will be part of your responsibilities, helping to deepen relationships and encourage active dealership participation. Identifying strategic dealer locations requiring focused financial interventions for successful event rollout will be vital.
- Inquiries and financing requests will require your dedicated oversight to ensure swift processing by leveraging the efficiency of NBFCs and private banks. You will manage document compliance matters meticulously and negotiate flexible financing schemes with financiers, aiming for expedited approval processes.
- Your role includes proactively addressing queries from dealers and financiers related to advances, troubleshooting challenges, and fostering transparent communications. Keeping abreast of competitive retail financing products and strategies will enable you to refine dealer finance offerings continuously.
