`	Position	Deputy Manager - Minituber Production

	Reports To	Senior Manager - Cocopeat facilityFacility
	Place of Posting	Kurukshetra
	Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	Developing budget for locations and producing minituber as per plan
		Prodcution of minitubers with adherance to product and process quality
		Prodcue export quality minituber with all phytosanitary norms
		Management of labour and increasing efficency for labours
		Design and carry out experiments to improve prodcutivity.
		Develop and get approved all SOP and adherence to same.
		Training and development of supervisors as well as Workforce
		Reporting daily weekly and montly MIS in stipulated time
		Follow a safety culture with respect to Manpower and Product.




Job Requirements	Experience (years)	3 years in field or green house production.


	Industry Preferred	Seed or protected cultivation industry, floriculture industry
	Industry Preferred
	Qualification	M.Sc/Ph.d in Agronomy/Horticultur/Plant pathology
