Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Lead and oversee projects within various kVA segments from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring projects align with both customer requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements, transforming these into clear, actionable project plans supported by thorough documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities through comprehensive research to inform project strategies and innovation.
- Develop and implement robust technical and customer engagement strategies that enhance project outcomes and client relationships.
- Provide expert technical guidance and ongoing support to clients and internal teams, fostering knowledge sharing and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with CPCB norms and latest technological advancements to maintain high standards and environmental responsibility.
Utilize modern project management methodologies and tools to track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Demonstrate strong leadership in managing and motivating diverse teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Commit to continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned to optimize future initiatives.
Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management or related fields, preferably within retail sales or power generation sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to interpret and translate technical customer requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with project management software and tools to monitor project health and progress.
- Strong background in technical sales support or product management is highly regarded.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
Industry Preferred
Preferred experience in industries related to power generation, retail sales, automotive, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial power solutions and retail sales dynamics brings added advantage.
- Exposure to industries that operate under stringent environmental regulations aligning with CPCB norms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with market trends in the power and automotive sectors will support successful project execution.
Qualifications
Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or a closely related technical field.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or technical specialties will be considered an asset.
- Continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, or training relevant to power generation and retail sales is encouraged.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry standards, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
