Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Drive profitable revenue growth in the territory by implementing the Company Service Strategy through authorized channels (dealers, MASPs, DSPs).
• Develop and manage sales targets for spare parts and oil by setting dealership and office goals with principals and service teams.
• Conduct regular reviews with key dealerships, offering guidance to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the Area Office on field activations and interventions to boost revenue.
• Train M&M and Tech Masters personnel to ensure efficient service for field customers.
• Expand territory coverage by mapping grey spaces and preparing business cases to add new channels.
• Conduct field visits to promote Mahindra Genuine Spares, oil, and other products.
• Ensure adherence to company norms and processes across all dealers.
• Organize field activities, campaigns, and promotional events to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Identify and onboard exclusive MASP/Tech Masters, improve their performance through SAR and stock monitoring.
• Address dealer and MASP concerns regarding spare parts, providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with Zonal Customer Care, Area Office, and Warehouse teams to meet territory goals

Education Qualification

BE / Diploma

General Experience

Critical Experience

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point)

Data, Trend analysis & Forecasting skills

Preferably SAP hands on experience
