Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Planning Production as per the agreed budget. Productivity Benchmarking in G0-G1 production with major competotors Land selection , negotiation and agreement finalization for Corporate farming, and sustain good plots of lands for long term efficiencies. Preperation Budget for the farm and monthly cash flow. Efficient Purchase of inputs like pesticides , fertilizers and HSD etc. Maintaining inventory of all the inputs at farm . Arranging farm machinery and its optimium utilization. Developing activity calender for the farm . Training farm supervisor and manpower for farm activities Maintaing hygenic conditions at farm. Maintaining all the records at farm Advises farm stafff on crop management, advising on problems and alternative solutions, providing technical and planning assistance and do capacity building of the team. Conduct detailed monitoring of the growth and development of crops Conduct a range of field experiments to optimise yields for all genertaions as well as with ware production in different markets To trubleshoot on and provide solutions for all concerns raised by various stakeholders To Train the staff for quality control , proper documentation. To implement the SOP related to processes of the Agronomy Deptt. To engage and deliver for the specific new projects assigned. Having commercial knowledge of potato and willing to work in whole potato chain. New variety exposure, positioning and evaluation trials Provide realistic assessment of product performance and potential.Help the R&D and Business Head making decisions. Regular monitoring of trials in India for performance, documentation, and data collection to ensure quality and accuracy of data. |
