Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Cloud Engineer who is not only skilled in cloud technologies but also enthusiastic about driving cloud projects. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—driving technical cloud initiatives while ensuring smooth execution of cloud-related projects across teams.

Cloud Engineering
•Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform & CloudFormation.
•Implement cloud-native services such as serverless computing, managed databases, container orchestration (e.g., EKS, AKS, GKE), and event-driven architectures.
•Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning of cloud environments.
•Monitor and optimize cloud usage and costs using tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or GCP Billing.
•Partner with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and improve release cycles.
•Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth handover, documentation, and operational readiness.
•Liaise with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.

Cloud Product Management
•Work with cloud-native services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP BigQuery).
•Partner with native cloud platform teams to develop the features & functionality

Project Management & Coordination
•Work closely with business to understand their requirements and translate them into cloud solutions.
•Lead and coordinate cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects.
•Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, security, and business teams.
•Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in cloud engineering (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
•Hands-on experience with cloud automation and DevOps tools.
•Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.
•Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
