Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Product Strategy - To conceptualize strategy for the overall product category Ensuring product coverage by planning new products and upgrading existing products Tracking Applications, Segment and Variant Wise sales, Driving volumes in Focus Applications by supporting sales with required enablers. Preparing for Future Readiness of the Product Category/Projects through review of approved projects on TCD with ADPD and AEC Acting as a Interface between PD and Sales Tracking Customer Requirements and addressing opportunities by product development through the platform/engineering Team. Improving the Bottom Line by identifying opportunities for price/value realization based on PESTLE and exploring IMCR avenues for the product category tracking competition pricing trends. Competency building in sales team by devising sales tools, CVP and through customized training content and periodic assessment. Monitor and drive FE and TCO leadership achievement with platform/engineering team. Structured concern resolution of existing products and new products by monitoring and tracking no of concerns registered and closures/solutions. Key segment and Market analysis of Competition Product/Market Strategy and preparing Quarterly Report on the overall product category. Team Management: The position will be responsible for hand ling different products under one segment Eg: HCV Lead will hand le both Haulage and Tipper

10 - 15 years of Experience in OEM preferably worked in CV Industry in functions of sales, product marketing, product planning, product strategy
