Manager - SSU (Accessories)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Knowledge of various aggregates used in automotive (Sheet metal, Plastic, Rubber, Electrical, Electronics, Casting and Forging)
2. Special emphasis on Electrical and Electronics and exposure to new technology and trends.
3. Knowledge of special process such as plating, welding, PCB technology etc.
4. Knowledge of raw material rates, standards and trend across industries.
5. Should be able to cost the product based on drawing / circuit input.
6. Should establish pricing strategy for Key and Critical components and suppliers to protect Bill Of Material (BOM) costing.
7. Knowledge of Taxes (Domestic and Import) must and its impact on Bill Of Material (BOM) costing.
8. Develop a team of competent Cost Engineers to generate project Zero Base costing.
9. Maintain and Track multiple project's BOM Cost.
10. Evaluate and Budget impact on BOM cost due to currency and Commodity inflations.
