Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Objective - Provide SAP solutions and IT technical support as a functional expert in the area of Logistics to Mahindra Group's domestics and international businesses.
• Acts as a focal point for communicating related IT system requirements and collaborates with CoEs and partners on changes, fixes, and updates.
• Lead and motivate Team of Functional experts across M&M Location. Sets and measures performance objectives and provides regular one-on-one feedback to all members of the team. Keeps abreast of new technology and forecasts future trends in the area of Enterprise application and integration. 
• Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.
• Project management for SAP Mega project /New implementations and upgrades. Assesses user needs in form of  Business Requirement and to provide expert advise (SME) and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities e.g. Use of AI / ML in order to take advantage of SAP tools. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement /optimization within Business process wrt SAP .
• Manages delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users for assigned applications.

Experience

12-15 years covering functional (Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and logistics) and SAP implementation / roll outs

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing - Preferably Auto & Ancillary Business

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or B Tech

General Requirements

Functional expertise in area of Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and logistics.
Work as self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
