1. Drive Improvement in Profits and Profitability through innovative methods for revenue generation and long term and sutainable cost restructuring:
        - Benchmarking with competition – domestic & international.
        - Generate ideas on revenue generation, cost reduction and profit improvement
        - Complete value chain analysis of various business streams to drive efficiency in all major business functions
        - Analyse data by using analytical tools / techniques and drive profit improvements by challenging the status quo on revenue & cost.
2. Prepare budget decks for Senior Management Review and for getting Board approval ▪ Review budget assumptions; analyse the impact of budgetary targets on mix, margins and profit
3. Development of Long term Economic and Industry view, Internal capability diagnosis,
Opportunity analysis, Organizational Strategy Roadmap and alignment with the vision of the organisation (Promise Cycles); Understand implications of key economic and industry events on Financial and Operational performance & develop plans to counter key challenges & risks
4. Conceptualize Functional Policy and Enterprise Risk Management framework in consultation with various stakeholders - ensure complete drill-down of the Policy with regular monitoring
5. Plan the communication to be made during Operations, Strategy and Budget War Rooms - gather data from various stakeholders and generate insights for effective presentation to Very Senior Management
6. Coordination with various internal stakeholders to drive Strategic and Financial initiatives; Work in CFTs on organization wide critical projects; Setting the agenda & preparing Financial and Business presentations for the meetings with counter-parties
7. Exploring synergies with other functions / divisions - Develop rationale, get approval and take it forward.
8. Drive Standardisation and process improvements across the function
9. Drive digital initiatives - predictive and presecriptive analytics for data-backed decision-making
10. Support in the creation of Centres of Excellence for various regular process of the Finance and Accounts Function
 
Job Requirements Experience (years) 2-3 years
Industry Preferred   
Qualification 1. Post graduation / MBA or equivalent
2. CA / CFA
