Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The core responsibilities of this role are:

• Drive the Excellence Initiatives such as AFSEM, TMW, Simplicity, Standardisation across the AS businesses
• Program Management of TMW assessment on annual basis along with Business Processes
• Program Management of AFSEM assessment Process (Planning, Scheduling, Training, PDCA, Innovative approach for assessment etc.) on annual basis in AS Businesses
• To define processes & standards based on various internal / external benchmarks & as per the need of the business
• Management of MQS Knowledge Management site for ready availability of updated and latest standards with an eye on user friendly navigations
• Define Cross Functional Standards such as Process Maps, SOPs etc as per need of Business Processes
Ensure ISMS requirements are met for BE AD

Competencies:-
• Result oriented, self-starter who can operate under minimal supervision
• Must possess good communication and inter-personal skills
• Innovative thinker with customer centric mindset
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Good team player, good analytical ability

Skill Set :
The person should be
a) Thorough knowledge of Business excellence Models, Quality Systems (ISO TS, ISMS etc.)
b) Excellent drafting skills, training and Assessment skills
c) Knowledge of Structured Problem Solving tools like MYB, Data Analytics, Lean etc.
d) In depth knowledge of Automotive Business Processes
Excellent IT skills

Experience

More than 10 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B E (Mech. Or Prodn), MBA ( Opns) - Optional Professional Certification for Data Analytics and Innovation
