Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for DL,
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
- Drive sourcing through manpower contractors’ /referrals/ consultants and networking channels.
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts of DL
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future projects
- Support campus hiring, ITI/Diploma hiring, internships, and diversity hiring initiatives.
2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Conduct investigations related to misconduct, disciplinary matters, and employee disputes.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace harmony initiatives.
- Monitor attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Formation of various committees and conducting monthly meetings
3. Industrial Relations
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, worker representatives, and unions (if applicable).
- Support collective discussions, negotiations, and statutory meetings.
- Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and corrective action processes.
- Ensure smooth resolution of workforce-related issues while minimizing business disruption.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Contract Labour, Factory Act, POSH, Shops & Establishment, Industrial Disputes Act, and other compliance requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and documentation.
5. HR Governance & Policy Administration
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee communication programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
- Drive awareness sessions on workplace ethics, POSH, and disciplinary practices.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering recruitment, attrition, manpower, disciplinary cases, and employee engagement.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintenance of all the details respect to DL including personal data
- Daily/Monthly , Quarterly, and annual required reports preparations
- Time office management
7. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads to meet workforce requirements.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, Administration, and Operations teams.
- Manage recruitment consultants and external HR service providers.

Desired Qualifications
Education
- MSW (HRM)
Experience
- 07-10 years of HR experience
- Minimum 5 years in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred
