Manager-Industrialisation

a) Drawing Study & Feasibility Assessment

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T requirements, Process specifications, and customer requirements.
• Assess manufacturability and assembly feasibility, and recommending process sequences.

b) Manufacturing Process Planning & Routing

• Develop and define complete manufacturing process flows, including:
• Operation sequencing
• Tooling(Hand tools/Cutting tools) and equipment selection
• Tooling and fixture requirements
• Inspection and quality control stages
• Prepare Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS), work instructions, and related production documentation.

c) Structural Assembly Process Knowledge

• Possess strong working knowledge of aerospace structural assembly processes, including:
• Part installation and fitment check
• Alignment and shimming
• Drilling and reaming
• Solid and blind riveting
• Sealant preparation and application
• Special fastener installation
• Torque application and verification
• Adhesive bonding processes
• Dimensional inspection and assembly validation
• Familiarity with aerospace quality and manufacturing standards is preferred.

d) ERP System Knowledge

• Hands-on working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to manage MBOMs, material masters, routings, work orders, and production-related transactions within the ERP environment.
