  • Product Industrialization: Plan for the Infra requirements, Capacity planning, Layouts for new products and monitor the implementation of process development activities and monitoring progress against timelines.
  • Process development, Standardisation & Improvement: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling including workflows, travel cards and analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Documentation and compliance: Create and finalize manufacturing documentation, such as Manufacturing BOM, PFD, PFMEA, CP, SOP etc and ensure all processes and products comply with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Change Management: Oversee the design, development, and implementation        of the changes in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling and process documents w.r.t the design changes & communicate/train associates for the changes and application processes.
  • Continuous improvement: Develop and implement strategies for efficient manufacturing, including optimizing equipment layout, ensuring material flow, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Competency Building: Train & mentor Fabrication, painting and automobile integration competency building in manufacturing team (associates), with dexterity experience.
  • Industrial Engineering: Ability to lead and implement detailed cycle time studies and value stream mapping to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks and non-value-added activities etc.
