Manager - Programs

Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact for the customer and facilitate all internal discussions within MASPL to ensure that project timelines are adhered.
• Effective project management knowledge and ability to plan and manage schedules and budgets for specified project deliverables using financial skills including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Establish priorities and ensure conflict resolution so that organization moves forward towards project completion.
• Extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The CFT team which the employee will interact will include (but not limited to) Production, Quality, Engineering, Production Planning and Control etc.
• Inventory tracking & control
• Risk identification and tracking

Deliverables:

• Ensure that customer Delivery rating (D1) is maintained at the highest possible level.
• Should be capable of managing CFT and ensure that customer deliveries are made on time.
• During New product development /FAI ensure that LOB is adhered to and use proper escalation channels to ensure project is on track
• For production programs ensure that revenue targets are achieved month on month. Perform analysis to check if there is any demand versus forecast fluctuations and discuss with customer to mitigate any risks to revenue.
• Project plan preparation and tracking
• Project cost tracking

•  Candidate should have great attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be highly motivated and should be a self-starter. Should be able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.
• Previous exposure in aerostructure parts manufacturing environment preferably sheet metal & assembly
• Effective cross-organizational leadership skills, decision making, time management, planning and organization, conflict resolution, and prioritization.
• Communication & Presentation skills
• Should be familiar in SAP or similar ERP software
