Position Details Position  Manager – PD Accounts & Finance
Reports To  DGM - Finance & Accounts
Place of Posting  MRV, Chennai
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Business Cases for New Products: Discussion, Compilation, IRR Computations, Approvals
2. Monitoring of Ongoing projects with respect to progress, pitfalls / delays, cash flow projection and product cost
3. Evaluation of Revenue & Capex proposal : providing day to day support to project team for budget and Processes
4. Revenue & Capex Budget – Overseeing the process, analysis, monthly MIS, Quarterly projections
5. Submission of Projects Revenue &  Capex MIS with analysis for variances
6. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of books of Accounts
7. Facilitating Quarterly and Year end Audit
8. Variance Analysis of fixed expenses for Stat Audit & major Expenses Schedule of Stat Audit
9. Supporting R&D audit under Sec 35(2ab) of Income Tax Act, 1961 for claiming Inhouse R&D expenses benefit
10. Ensuring process compliance as per ICFR and Internal audit requirements
11. Zero based budgeting for PD business unit
12. Monitoring and supporting costing for new products under development along with Product Cost team
13. Preparation and analysis of various MIS for the Business                                                                                  
  Qualification CA / ICWA with 3-8 years of experience. Engineering background will be preferred

3. Ability to manage team of officers with mix of qualified & non qualified officers
4. Experience in working in Cross Functional Teams along with Technical & Non Finance team member
