Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Engage with Business stakeholders, cross functional teams to understand the current processes and have a solution oriented approach to solve for problems, identifying new use cases with in market trends, etc.
2. Must have deep understanding of different kind of marketing programs/processes in a multi-channel Campaign and Marketing journey world
3. Enabling E2E Marketing automation across the customer lifecycle: Omnichannel Marketing communications, journeys, Channels, Personalisation, Reporting, etc.
4. Enabling new channels/avenues with exiting use cases for customer communications like WA, Push, etc.
5. Managing WA account for Auto Business and incorporate solutions on the platform in line with new releases - Transactional communications, Customer engagement, etc.
6. Good understanding of Social Listening & posting platforms/processes (ORM) : Daily response management, crisis management, Lead & Case creations, Sentiment analysis, etc. 
7. Experience with working on Marketing intelligence/reporting solutions to bring data from all source to once place to enable faster decision making
8. Managing the Brand Persona & Journeys Framework and highlighting the Platform benefits, Roadmap : Ongoing + Upcoming, Enhancements, narratives, announcements with Business teams and leadership
9. Manage & drive the adoption and usage of the platform by Brand & Marketing team
10. Setting up the monitoring mechanism by identifying the KPIs and tracking them closely


Overall 5-10 years of experience BE/Btech,  2-4 years experience in a hands on MarTech  position, experience in SF martech product stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Social Studio; Datorama; Channels - SMS, Email, WA, Digital) is a plus

Industry Preferred

Mfg/Automobile/IT sector or Martech capability Companies and should have handled Large projects/accounts.

General Requirements

1. Driven individual who can work individually and with team members towards successful project delivery 
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) skills
3. Comfortable with PPT, Excel, documentation with Good Presentation skills
4. Should be able to conduct process assessment/discovery to come up with To-be process
5. Experience working in Agile development teams using SCRUM
6. Functional knowledge of different Martech products especially Salesforce stack like Marketing Cloud, Social Studio, Datorama, etc.
7. Moderate knowledge of consumer Insighting methods 
8. Acumen to understand business and accordingly prepare case
