Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Handling shifts for final vehicle clearance and Improvement in Manufacturing indexes, Yard Indexes
2. Conducting and co-ordinating for improvements for Product, process and system audit ;
3. Working on dealer PDI and driving improvements for customer satisfaction
4. Day to day problem solving for Assly defects
5. Field visits to understand customer and dealer issues and their end to end resolution (Reduction in customer issues)
6. Hands on experience for New model
7. Mind set for systematic problem solving
8. Knowledge of Major tractor aggregates and reduction of Major rework defects
General Requirements
1. Should have hands on experience in handling manufacturing/customer quality in an OEM
2. Should have knowledge about ISO systems
3. Should have knowledge about FMEA, PPAP ,Kaizens , Pokeyoke & 5S
4. Added advantage if knowledge of 6 Sigma / TQM & TPM
Problem solving skills
1. Application of basic QC Tools ;
2. Inspection & Auditing skills ;
3. Application of Quality Systems ;
4. Knowledge of vehicle aggregates and testing ;
5. Knowledge of Assembly Process
