Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Sales Accounting:
o Manage Sales Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile sales transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
o Revenue Recognition: Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policies.
o Financial Reporting: Prepare and review sales accounting reports and S&M expenses details.
o Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to sales revenue and transactions.
2. Sales Analytics:
o Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
o Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track sales performance and forecast future sales.
o Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide analytical support and drive performance improvements.
3. Dealer Claims:
o Claim Management: Process and review dealer claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
o Documentation: Maintain thorough records of all dealer claims and related transactions.
o Communication: Liaise with dealers to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
o Analysis: Analyze dealer claim data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
4. Receivables Monitoring and Controls:
o Receivables Management: Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
o Credit Control: monitor credit policy and monthly receivable analysis.
o Aging Reports: Prepare and analyse aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions.

Experience
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales accounting and analytics or similar role.

Industry Preferred
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. MBA finance preferred

o Proficiency in SAP software and Excel.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
