Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Inventory control system. Fixation & monitoring of max level.
• Component location in store, Assembly line & SAP along with assistant code.
• Adherence to Perpetual inventory plan.
• Monitoring receipt, issuance & lock in storage of theft prone items.
• Non/ Slow moving item identification.
• Upkeep & maintenance of material handling equipment.
• JH of material handling equipment.
• Material Receipt verification by audit on daily basis.
• Coordinating for material issuance from stores to production with inventory control.
• ECN implementation as per plan.
• Material transfer to SPD & other plants
• Improvement in storage system.
• BOM validation with R & D.
• FIFO in Main store parts.
• Part identification system.

Education Qualification
B.Tech (Mech.)
General Experience
2-5 years of experience in Stores.
Critical Experience

• Process establishment for store as per TPM / 5S / ISO.
• Zero inventory variance in main store.
• No stock out in main store.
• 100% achieving the production target by coordination and supply timely material at line.
• FIFO in shelf-life parts.
• No dead stock due to ECN.
• Analysis perpetual inventory variation in main store.
• Achieving target of Quality circle, Keizen & yellow belt projec
