Deputy Manager-CAE

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Lead a team of CAE Engineers in the area of Tractor Systems and Applitrac Systems durability analysis. Plan and Execute CAE projects related to development of Light Weighting,Product Improvement to fix field failure and New Product tractor and Applitrac systems. Build and Drive a team of passionate Engineers on CAE Technology Development to cut down analysis time, accuracy of analysis, address complex physical problems. Control Cost, Quality and Time targets as per project requirements. Improve quality of analysis by establishing field and lab correlation. Develop durability design verification plans for CAE. Generate internal business for CAE group. Prepare and present CAE group progress and future plans to higher management. Ensure alignment of CAE processes with Mahindra group companies. CAE software/Hardware, manpower planning, budgeting. Adherence to Mahindra quality processes. Create/Review Team goals keeping in mind organizational goals and appraisal for team members. Identify areas in the tractor systems where CAE can add value in conjunction with aggregates heads. build CAE teams to cater to the engineering requirements of tractor systems in area of NVH, CFD, Vehicle dynamics

General Experience

12 ~ 14 Years with RandD Experience in CAE

Critical Experience

Experience of Tractor Product development OEM process.Certified/experienced in CAD/CAE applications and relevant Softwares (Nastran, Abaqus Standard and Explicit, Optistruct, Femfat.Experience of FE Modeling and Simulations.Adequate Knowledge of Next- Gen Technologies across the globe in Tractor Domain, Machine Design, Optimization, Strength of Material, Theory of Machine, Finite Element Method, NVH, Data acquisition .10-15 years of experience
