Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Design of engine accessory components related to Cooling system / Air Intake system / Exhaust system and sub-assemblies in NX environment and management of part design in PLM software.
• Experience in designing of parts for new concepts, product development, improvements in consideration with DFA/DFS/DFM.
• Execution of component/tractor benchmarking & support to production during trials for NPD / ECNs / Issues.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to Plastic, Rubber & sheet metal components.
• Modifications to address irritants in existing products and offering new features in existing products.
• Identify Failure mode in new design and prepare DFMEA.
• VA/ VE activities – Creation of ideas & execution to realize the savings
• Co-ordination for development, testing & assembly of initial batches as per targeted launch plan.
• Create value enhancement to the existing and new products by conceptualizing customer needs & and developing frugal technologies.

Education Qualification

B.Tech (Mech/Automobile)

General Experience

3-6 Years of experience in Cooling system / Air Intake system / Exhaust system
