Deputy/Assistant Manager IT

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

SAP & Infra

a.  New SAP process developments which includes Requirement gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, Testing (conducting Unit tests, Integration tests,  Go-Live and post Production Support.
b. Analyze and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently related to Master Data Management, Procurement to Payment process, PP processes (Production Declaration) , Quality Inspections and SD (Billing , Inter plant Stock transfer).
c. Support to business users for Employee portal and Workmen app.
d.  Maintaining number Ranges, preparing LSMW for guiding users in mass data maintenance activity.
e. End User Trainings for skill development and preparing User manuals.
f. Support to new and existing users for GRC related issues (New Roles creation, Role Modification).
g. Extended support for month-end activities.
h. Coordination with Central Infra team for IT Assets, Network and Security.
i. Coordination with IT HelpDesk team and CCTV team for IT Services.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

BE-Tech (Computer Science)/MCA, Certification in SAP-MM, PP

General Experience

4-5 years

Critical Experience

a. Expertise in SAP S4 HANA Logistics Module and processes like MM Procurement to Payment process (RFQ, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order (One time , Scheduling Aggrements, Service PO), Goods Receiving process (Material & Services), Invoice Verification, Vendor Payment), Inventory Management and Physical Inventory, Stock transfers Order & Quality Management
b. Good working knowledge of Material Master, BP (Business Partner) for Vendor and Customer, P-Info, Source list, Q-Info
c. Knowledge of  PO Document types, Reservations, Pricing conditions, taxes, account determination, taxes, logistics and Import process.
d. Good understanding of cross functional applications, integration with other modules like FI, SD with MM
e. Excellent knowledge of concepts like  Material Movements, Material Rejections,  Return Orders, MRP Run, Quality Inspections & Declaration
g. Experience in Requirement Gathering, Blueprinting, analysis, testing (including developing test scanerios and test cases) and Implementation
h. Knowledge & working of LSMW
i. Knowledge of Networking
