Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Formulation of corporate strategy and linking to programs and projects.Run analytics on business data for inferences to support decision making.Project Management to ensure delivery of projects.Providing organizational focus on improving the management of projects, programs and portfolios.Publish monthly dashboard, identifying areas of operational improvement.Plan, Coordinate and Execute Monthly Periodic Reviews of the business and executive council.Carry out an analysis of the stated organizational goals, and coming up with. an implementable action plan .Value chain mapping of the major players in respective segment, identifying strategic trends and analyzing their fit to business value chain.Future of Business - Conceptualising high impact ideas/ initiatives.Study and monitoring of business environment, policies, trends etc and derive . Implications for the business
