Innovation Leadership

1. Define and Lead product innovation strategy.
2. Create effective solutions for enhanced customers value.
3. Integrate new technologies in the next generation products.

Customer and Competitive Benchmarking

1. Benchmark industry players, upcoming technology, adjacent markets, and global best practices, domestic and global agricultural trends to identify opportunities proactively.
2. Good knowledge and field experience of tractor applications (current and emerging) in Indian market.
3. Translate customer foresight and competitive intelligence into differentiated product concepts.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to steer implementation.

Leadership & People Development

1. Mentor and lead a team of engineers and specialists within R and D.
2. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

20+ years’ experience in off-highway vehicles, tractors, or automotive with excellent customer immersion & foresight.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
