• Benchmark industry players, adjacent markets, & global best practices to identify opportunities pro-actively.
• Good knowledge & field experience of tractor applications (current & emerging) in Indian market.
• Translate customer foresight and competitive intelligence into differentiated product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer implementation.

• Leadership & People Development
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers and specialists within R&D.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

20+ years’ experience in off-highway vehicles, tractors, or automotive with excellent customer immersion & foresight.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
