Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Independently handling overall Metallurgical Lab activities in the Plant.
2. Metallurgical failure analysis of all customer issue including In house as wel as field issues.
3. Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective an preventive actions.
4. Proactive audits at supplier end foe special processes like heat treatment, Raw material etc and to drive improvemets.
5. Involvement in Dign reviews and AQP for new parts.
6. Proactive audits of supplier parts at defined frequency
7. Supplier assessment for facility /Process approval as perthe requirment
8. Coordinate with SQI,NPD and sourcing team to provide technical support with respect to metallurgy.

Experience

12-15 years

Industry Preferred

BE / B Tech , Metallurgy
