Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:
# Lead Product Failure analysis & Corrective actions through effective coordination with R&D ,Sourcing & Mfg.
# Analyse warranty claim data to identify trends and work on actionable insights.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize the time bound action for top contributing problems in warranty.
# Ensure learnings captured from customer in sighting & CFG visits are deployed in product
# Establish and maintain systems to gather and analyse customer feedback through various channels.
# Facilitate Faster customer response time through adequate diagnosis & rectification of failures.
# Ensure continuous reduction of warranty claims & warranty cost
