Education Qualification
MBA in Employee Relations/Human Resources or equivalent specialization.
General Experience
- Should have 15-16 years of relevant experience in ER functions in manufacturing company

Manufacturing sector with exposure to shop floor operations and ER functions.

Experience in digitization and HRIS tools for ER processes.
- Exposure to shared services and automation in HR operations.
- Participation in strategic ER projects and settlements (LTS & LTA).
- Experience of Factory stint.
Critical Experience
- Strong knowledge about labour laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and logical abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work under high stress and protect company from legal difficulties
- Must be well organized, and accurate in work
- Should be conversant with Hindi, Marathi and English languages
