Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Closely work with manufacturing team and control over manufacturing processes.
2. Working on inventory valuation and establish controls along with slow moving/non- moving provisions.
3. Cost rollups in SAP-Co module along with control over changes in BOM.
4. Process cost/overhead working for the plants.
5. Calculation/validation of monthly savings along with plant teams
6. Involved in Make & buy decisions
7. Creation of various SOP’s for the related processes.
8. Participate time to time in Statutory/Internal and other required audits.
9. To deal with Monthly closing activities.
10. Liasioning with outside parties for closure of the related work.
11. Dealing with Corporate team for timely completion of the respective activites.
12. Control over change in material prices for various commodities.
13. Regular dealing with after market team for various activities.
14. Contribution analysis of the products and execution of plan for improvement.
15. Market/competitors benchmarking.
16. Cost Audit of the company.
17. Control over manufacturing expenses along with interaction with plant teams.
18. Physical verification of the inventory
19. Closely work with corporate team for closure of related party transactions.
20. Preparation of plant MIS
21. To work on Internal processes & to study the areas of improvement.
Experience
Professional having experience of 5-7 years of manufacturing industry working on SAP(must) (Automobile/Tractor Mfg is preferred)

Qualifications
CMA/ C.A/I.C.W.A.I
General Requirements
- Hands on Experience in Excel/ BI/ Presentation Skills / Analytical Ability / Excellent communication Skills.
- Consolidation of Multi -Plants MIS and controls would be desirable
