Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Manage & Drive Three layers of external audits on ICFR Framework including Statutory Audit for 1 billion USD unit.
  • Establish/Implement and maintain a strong ERM/internal control framework.
  • Drive Process Improvement, Process Automation, Cost Savings/Business Value Addition Projects.
  • Monitor Implementation of Internal Audit Observation action plan & Quality Assurance of Internal Audit Reports.
  • Review & Approve SAP Access Rights for FI-CO modules.
  • On Quarterly basis, Prepare & submit Compliance certificates to corporate on behalf of CFO & CEO.
  • Timely Reporting of RPT Approvals & Actual Transactions and ensure its audit committee approvals adherence.
  • Ensure Assessment Results of various ICFR Testing.
  • Perform different audit tasks which include Audit Planning, Scope finalisation, Audit meetings, Walkthroughs/Fieldwork, Audit response/preventive/corrective actions finalisation with Auditee, Report release, etc.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies/SOPs/Accounting Memos.
  • Perform other ad hoc review assignments as assigned by the management.

Experience

  • CA/CIA with minimum 5-7 Years’ post qualification experience into Internal Audits, ERM, SOX/ICFR/IFC/ITGC, Forensic Audits, Internal Controls in a manufacturing set up.

General Requirements

  • Strong Knowledge of manufacturing business processes, preferably in Automobile manufacturing company.
  • Expertise in Testing Internal Controls Designs & its operating effectiveness and also its compliance with Ind AS, laws & policies.
  • Expert in Identifying areas of Process Automation, Process Improvement, Cost Saving Potentials & Business Value Addition.
  • Experienced in analysing huge volumes & scattered data through data analytic skills.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Experience of Drafting & Preparation of Policies/SOPs/Accounting Memos.
  • Exposure to SAP is must.
  • Strong Leadership, Presentation, Management, and Communication Skills.
