Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Understanding customer needs of various regions and identify the change in tractor usage pattern with time and incorporate the same in DVP.
• Preparation of DVP to meet the project requirement and delivery of zero-defect product.
• Creating field test plan for overall tractor series and time bound execution in field.
• Ensure meeting of testing timelines by close coordination with field team.
• Field team readiness on future projects in terms of their technical capabilities.
• Review of projects with Project Managers.
• Ensure the timely reporting of ORC with adequate information and timely closer of ORCs.
• Ability to understand area wise crops sowing & harvesting patterns, their seasons and incorporate accordingly in DVP.

Experience

• 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in Testing/Automobile/Tractor Industry
• Experience of Tractor / Front End loader aggregates like engine/ transmission/ hyd. For assy./ dis-assy./ problem diagnosis and their rectification.
• Must have exposure of various implements and their settings.
• Pan India exposure for customer practices, Knowledge of crops and seasons.

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Agriculture
